Refund policy

RAWDOSE offers a 30 day return window on eligible apparel items, beginning from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

Refunds are issued in the form of a RAWDOSE E Gift Card, redeemable exclusively at rawdose.com. Original shipping costs are non refundable. An $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Items marked as Final Sale on product pages are not eligible for return or refund.

Exclusions

Returns may be denied if items show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or misuse. RAWDOSE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact RAWDOSE within 7 days of delivery. Upon review and approval, RAWDOSE may provide a replacement or store credit at its sole discretion.

Policy Updates

RAWDOSE reserves the right to update or modify this Returns Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on the Site.
