Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If this happens, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
RAWDOSE® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@rawdose.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
